Job Description :
- Designing Automation process solutions in accordance with standard design principles and conventions.
- An aptitude for problem-solving, with the ability to take a logical route to the source of an error. Design and Develop ML-based automation for using open-source software like Python, R, etc. Engineering Degree in computer science or any relevant engineering field.
- Tools and Framework: PyTorch, Python, R, TensorFlow, Keras, skit learn, NumPy, pandas
- Design and develop end-to-end GenAI solutions on top of life sciences regulatory and medical data, using LLMs and agent-based architectures.
- Packaging and deploying scalable Python-based APIs in production.
- Close collaboration with the platform team to ensure high availability and optimized performance of deployed ML services.
- Designing data pipelines that efficiently deliver data for machine learning R&D and data engineering activities.
- Conducting R&D activities around extracting business value by applying state-of-the-art ML methods.
- Effectively distill and communicate technical activities in both intra- and inter- team discussions.
Primary responsibilities:
- Develop Agentic system
- Develop Agent workflows and integration with business modules using MCP
- Fine tuning and prompt tuning LLM
- Develop NLP systems according to requirements Retrain transformer models.
- Develop TF-IDF Models and other Term Frequency model / Markov Model. Study and transform data science prototypes
- Design NLP applications on the text modelling Annotate / Labeling the dataset as per ML problem statement.
- Select appropriate annotated datasets for Supervised Learning methods
- Use effective text representations to transform natural language into useful features
- Find and implement the right algorithms and tools for NLP tasks
- Train the developed model and run evaluation experiments
- Perform statistical analysis of results and refine models Evaluate the Language Model.
- Extend ML libraries and frameworks to apply in NLP/NLU ML tasks
- Remain updated in the rapidly changing field of machine learning
- Facilitate the integration of ML model in backend and frontend.
