The sales team at Freyr is pivotal to the business' success. As a Business Development Manager, you will be tasked with building relationships and driving inflows from intermediaries in your region. Delivering an outstanding customer experience, you will be expected to support financial advisers, their clients, and their beneficiaries.
The day-to-day
- Create value. Develop and implement new distribution strategies identifying and establishing relationships with intermediaries. Your strategy will deliver inflows by building a new supporter base in your region. Growing presence in your area, you will support financial advisers and planners through presentations, seminars, and meetings.
- Collaborate. We are a small team, and sharing of best practice is encouraged. You will work alongside an office based Business Development Associate who will support your endeavours in delivering success. You will need to work together on aligned objectives.
