An opportunity has arisen for a client facing, outbound sales role. We offer an entrepreneurial environment, with full autonomy and empowerment to raise capital how you best see fit. We are a new market entrant, offering a differentiated Business Relief solution and are well positioned to grow. The business has access to hedge fund quality investment managers who have vast experience in secured lending. Our investment team has a track record of delivering 6.5% per annum to our clients, net of fees.
The sales team at Freyr is pivotal to the business' success. As a Business Development Associate, you will be tasked with building relationships and driving inflows from intermediaries in your region. Delivering an outstanding customer experience, you will be expected to support financial advisers, their clients, and their beneficiaries.
The day-to-day
- Create value. Develop and build new relationships with intermediaries. Through outbound calls and capitalising on leads, you will build a growing supporter base in your region. You will construct and implement strategies, encompassing call campaigns, to maximise sales.
- Collaborate. We are a small team, and sharing of best practice is encouraged. You will work alongside a field-based Business Development Director who will support your endeavours in delivering success. You will need to work together on aligned objectives, developing pipeline and closing opportunities.
- Development. With a full training program, the role will start initially with cold outreach, meeting booking, and follow up, but with clear progression opportunities to have increased involvement in the sales process, owning relationships, and eventually face-to-face meetings over time.
