We are looking to recruit an organised and motivated person to join our Warehouse team.

  • Typical Responsibilities
  • Pick, pack and despatch customer orders accurately and on time, in accordance with daily schedules and priority requirements
  • Operate warehouse management systems (Bridge/Opera) to process orders and update stock records and support inventory control across the warehouse
  • Conduct cycle counts and stock takes to maintain inventory accuracy
  • Report and investigate any stock discrepancies promptly
  • Take responsibility for health and safety within the warehouse, following all procedures and reporting hazards or incidents as required
  • Support the wider team with goods in, stock movements, bar cutting and general warehouse duties as required
  • Focus on continuous improvement and work with all departments to promote ‘one team’ culture

Skills and Experience

  • Previous warehouse experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good numeracy and literacy
  • Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
  • Good understanding of health and safety responsibilities in the workplace
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Willingness to accept change
  • Forklift licence (counterbalance or reach)
  • Experience using Bridge or Opera systems
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment
  • Good IT and computer skills
  • Assembly experience

Our company operates on a two‑shift basis (on‑site) which rotates weekly.

Shift times are

  • Week 1: Monday to Friday 07:30 to 15:30 and
  • Week 2: Monday to Thursday 09:30 to 17:30 and Friday 08:00 to 16:30

Candidates must be able to demonstrate a pre‑existing right to work and travel within the UK. Documentary evidence will be requested at interview.
