Anne Corder Recruitment are pleased to be supporting a well-respected education organisation in Peterborough in the search for a Timetabling & Resourcing Coordinator to join their Management Information Services team on an initial 12-week temporary contract. This is an excellent opportunity for somebody who enjoys working in a structured, fast-paced and data-led environment, where organisation, accuracy and problem-solving are key.

As a Timetabling & Resourcing Coordinator, you will play a central role in supporting the operational coordination, maintenance and accuracy of timetabling systems, room bookings and core data processes that directly support both staff and student experience.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Timetabling & Systems Coordination
    • Acting as a key point of contact for timetabling, room booking and service desk queries
    • Supporting the coordination, maintenance and integrity of timetabling software and systems
    • Resolving timetable conflicts and room allocation issues efficiently
    • Ensuring accurate alignment between curriculum planning and timetable delivery
  • Data Management & Administration
    • Accurate processing of MIS data including staff hours, room usage, timetable updates and change requests
    • Maintaining high standards of data accuracy and compliance
    • Supporting reporting, validation and data analysis across key systems
    • Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Stakeholder Support
    • Working closely with curriculum managers, support teams and wider departments
    • Providing clear communication, training and guidance around systems and processes
    • Responding to service desk requests, phone calls and emails promptly and professionally
    • Supporting a strong customer-focused service across the department
    • Reviewing room utilisation, space allocation and scheduling efficiency
    • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and resource usage
    • Supporting workload prioritisation during key planning periods and high-demand cycles

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous administration, scheduling, coordination or data-processing experience
  • Strong IT capability, including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
  • High attention to detail and accurate data-entry ability
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience within education, timetabling, MIS, scheduling or resource planning would be advantageous

Start date is the 1st June and interviews to be held week commencing 25th May. A DBS will be undertaken for the candidate that gets the role. £14.98 per hour. Temporary Contract – Initially 12 Weeks Based in Peterborough.
