Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 am - 03:30 pm

Role Responsibilities:- Support the Technical Manager with maintaining and improving quality systems
- Monitor compliance with food safety and quality standards across production
- Assist with internal and external audits, including BRCGS requirements
- Investigate non-conformances and support root cause analysis
- Manage and track customer complaints and quality KPIs
- Support HACCP processes and ensure food safety compliance across site
- Assist with documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement activities
- ESSENTIAL: Previous experience within food manufacturing or food production environment
- Strong understanding of HACCP, BRCGS or food safety standards
- Experience supporting audits, compliance, or quality systems
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator, able to work across different departments
