The Role
- Provide clear HR advice to managers and employees across areas such as employee relations, performance and absence management
- Coach and support line managers to develop strong people management skills
- Manage general HR administration, including contract changes, leavers and employee records
- Work closely with key internal teams to support a smooth employee experience
- Contribute to HR projects, policy updates, reporting and workplace engagement activities
Person Requirements
- CIPD Level 5 qualified, or working towards this level with relevant HR experience
- Good understanding of UK employment law and generalist HR practice
