This is an excellent opportunity for a Surface Treatment Operative with previous plating and masking experience to join a company working on high-quality precision components within a fast‑paced environment.
The successful Surface Treatment Operative will play a key role within the production process, supporting a variety of surface finishing and plating operations on metallic components.

Role Responsibilities
- Carrying out masking and plating of metallic components
- Working with surface treatment processes including Cadmium, Chrome, Passivation, Zinc Nickel and Copper
- Preparing parts prior to treatment and finishing processes
- Inspecting components to ensure quality standards are met
- Following health & safety and process procedures at all times
- Supporting production targets and maintaining high workmanship standards
The Person
- Previous experience as a Surface Treatment Operative or within a similar plating/surface finishing role
- Experience with masking and plating metallic parts
- Knowledge of processes such as Cadmium, Chrome, Passivation, Zinc Nickel and Copper
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Experience working within an engineering or manufacturing environment
