Role Responsibilities
- Setting and operating CNC milling machines with Fanuc controls
- Producing precision aerospace components to tight tolerances
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Carrying out quality checks using measuring equipment
- Ensuring machines run efficiently and safely
- Working to aerospace quality standards and procedures
- Supporting continuous improvement within the machining department
The Person
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a CNC Setter/Operator - Milling
- Previous aerospace manufacturing experience is essential
- Strong experience using Fanuc controls
- Able to read and interpret technical engineering drawings
- Experience working to tight tolerances and high-quality standards
- Reliable, motivated and able to work independently
