Key Responsibilities
Business Management
- Oversee FCA regulatory reporting, compliance, and business policies.
- Manage firm accounts, payroll, and insurance plans.
- Handle client agreements, templates, and Consumer Duty documentation.
- Maintain critical business plans and ensure adherence to industry standards.
- Manage the daily workload of the support team.
- Conduct regular 1:1s, team meetings, and performance reviews.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training.
- Ensure processes run smoothly and address client or team issues promptly.
Office Operations
- Handle office contracts, utilities, and software agreements.
- Arrange provider meetings, newsletters, and team communications.
- Organize team and adviser meetings, creating agendas and tracking action points.
