This is an opportunity for an experienced Senior Account Executive to join a global technology and digital engineering business that is investing heavily in its UK growth. The business works with enterprise clients across AI, cloud, data, platform engineering, software engineering and digital transformation – helping large organisations modernise their technology landscape and deliver complex change at scale.

This role would suit someone who has already sold high-value technology services, consulting, Salesforce ecosystem services, cloud transformation or digital engineering solutions into enterprise customers and is now looking for a role with more ownership, more visibility and genuine growth potential.

The role

  • You’ll be responsible for developing and closing enterprise opportunities across the UK market, working with senior stakeholders across technology, digital, transformation and commercial functions.
  • This is a proper new business and growth role.
  • You’ll have support from leadership, presales, technical and delivery teams, but you’ll be expected to create opportunities, open senior-level conversations and take complex deals through to close.
  • You’ll be selling strategic technology services rather than simple products, so the role requires someone who can understand client challenges, shape a solution, manage multiple stakeholders and lead a deal process from early conversation through to signed agreement.

You’ll be involved in:

  • Building and owning a pipeline of enterprise opportunities
  • Opening new relationships with senior technology, digital and business leaders
  • Selling complex consulting, transformation, cloud, data, AI or Salesforce ecosystem services
  • Leading commercial conversations from discovery through to proposal, negotiation and close
  • Working closely with presales, delivery, solution architects and senior leadership
  • Shaping client solutions around business outcomes, not just technical capability
  • Managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles across large organisations
  • Developing account plans and identifying expansion opportunities
  • Building trusted relationships with customers, partners and internal teams
  • Taking ownership of deal strategy, qualification, forecasting and next steps

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who has already proven they can sell complex technology or consulting services into enterprise customers. You’ll need to be comfortable operating at senior level, leading strategic sales cycles and creating your own opportunities rather than relying purely on partner referrals or inbound demand.

The ideal person will have:

  • A strong track record in B2B enterprise sales
  • Experience selling technology services, consulting, digital transformation, cloud, data, AI or Salesforce-related solutions
  • Experience managing long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • The ability to build pipeline through outbound activity, partner relationships, referrals and account planning
  • Strong commercial judgement and confidence leading senior client conversations
  • Experience working with presales, delivery and technical teams to shape solutions
  • A consultative approach and the ability to understand business problems quickly
  • Strong qualification, forecasting and deal management discipline
  • Experience in or around the Salesforce ecosystem would be highly relevant
  • A self-starting mentality and the confidence to build momentum in a growing market
