This opportunity is tailor-made for driven insurance or financial services professionals who want to control their own schedule, build an independent portfolio spanning
- Private Medical Insurance (PMI) and
- Life Insurance , and target a realistic net earning bracket of
£5K to £10K+ per month through lucrative initial commissions and compounding renewal streams.
- Conduct comprehensive financial, health, and protection needs analyses for high-net-worth individuals, families, and regional corporate/SME clients.
- Source, evaluate, and present tailored health insurance (PMI) and life protection solutions across leading UK providers.
- Spearhead local networking initiatives in London build a sustainable, self-generated client acquisition pipeline.
- Structure robust group healthcare plans and family income benefit policies, managing annual renewals and client adjustments.
- Maintain strict adherence to regulatory guidelines (FCA) and internal governance standards throughout the client advisory lifecycle.
- Proven background in health insurance, life insurance sales, PMI broking, or commercial financial advisory.
- Solid understanding of underwriting models (e. g., Moratorium, FMU) and protection product structures.
- High-level consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-management capabilities.
- Autonomous, resilient, commercially minded, and financially driven by uncapped performance.
- Highly Desirable Criteria
- Established local client portfolio or previous experience running an independent broker desk.
- Professional qualifications (e. g., CII IF7 Healthcare Insurance, Dip FS, or equivalent).
- Proficiency with modern CRM architectures and insurance quotation engines.
- Deeply rooted professional network within the London and South West business community.
