Responsibilities

  • Commercial Engagement
    • Pro-actively facilitate product related communications between product management and Essentra commercial world through various interactions such as PPT, meeting calls, reports.
    • Provide resources and tools.
    • Redirect queries to reduce SLA response.
    • Support and create product training materials.
    • Implement tools for efficiency and performance.
    • Acquire applications and market environment expertise to support product management for commercial support.
    • Create repeatable, commercially focused means to onboard commercial blockers to meet Essentra hassle free strategy.
    • Prioritise the customer and build bridges and collaborations.
    • Foster open communication and listening.
    • Focus on shared goals and build trust with empathy.
  • New Product Introduction (NPI) Support
    • Support the onboarding and debrief of new product introduction projects.
    • Understand, follow, and help enforce established NPI processes and workflows.
    • Coordinate tasks and dependencies across multiple stakeholders.
    • Proactively track progress, motivate timely delivery, and highlight risks or blockers.
    • Support projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring required documentation and product knowledge are captured and maintained.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Coordination
    • Act as a central point of coordination between stakeholders during execution.
    • Assist Product Management with the preparation of launch materials, including product samples and demonstrations.
    • Perform daily triage of product-related queries, directing them to the appropriate stakeholders.
    • Serve as a confident point of contact in support of Product Management activities.
    • Promote Essentra’s Hassle-Free mindset by enabling clear communication, problem-solving, and alignment.
  • Reporting & Information Management
    • Provide regular execution status updates to Product Management and Project Management.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date product documentation and data.
    • Ensure information is accessible, structured, and shared with the right audiences.

This is a hybrid role with expectation of working in our Kidlington office 2/3 days per week.
