We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Pricing Director who will lead the transformation of the organisation’s pricing function, shaping its strategy and governance to deliver sustainable value and competitive advantage. This role is accountable for designing and embedding the pricing framework and associated technological enablers, ensuring pricing decisions are strategic, data-driven and commercially astute.The ideal candidate will combine deep pricing expertise with exceptional influencing and relationship-building skills to drive cultural change and stakeholder alignment across the business.This role will have the mandate and resources to shape the pricing function from the ground up, influencing decisions that drive long-term growth. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where strategic thinking meets real-world commercial results.Typical ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & TransformationDefine and deliver the Pricing Strategy aligned to organisational strategy, goals and market dynamics.Lead the transformation of the pricing function, including capability building, process redesign, competitor benchmarking and technology enablement.Establish and embed a Pricing Governance Framework, ensuring transparency, consistency, and accountability in decision-making.Design, implement, and maintain robust pricing models and tools to enable optimal commercial decisions.Set principles for value-based pricing, customer segmentation, and margin optimisation.Introduce and embed best practices from across industries, ensuring scalability and agility in the pricing approach.Stakeholder Engagement & InfluencePartner with executive leadership, sales, finance, product, and marketing teams to align on pricing strategy.
