About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Quality Compliance Engineer / Manager to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of AS9100-compliant quality management systems across our client’s business. The role supports 2nd- and 3rd-party audits and drives continuous compliance improvements.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and maintain AS9100-compliant quality management controls and procedures.
  • Lead and support internal, customer, and regulatory audits, ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Translate complex quality requirements into simple, practical processes for operational teams.
  • Drive quality culture, capability building, and continuous improvement across the business.
  • Manage CAPA processes and internal quality system reviews.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 15–20+ years’ experience in aerospace or high-precision manufacturing in QA/QE/Quality Management roles.
  • Hands‑on experience implementing and maintaining AS9100 Quality Management Systems.
  • AS9100 Lead Auditor certification (current or recently held).
  • Knowledge of AS13100 and aerospace customer quality requirements.
  • Proven ability to influence teams, drive compliance, and embed sustainable quality practices.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and quality management tools.
