Working within a highly skilled Toolroom environment, you will play a key role in manufacturing, maintaining, modifying, and repairing precision tooling. - Multiple shift patterns available, including Days and Lates
- Choice of 4‑day or 5‑day working week depending on shift pattern

- Manufacture, assemble, maintain and repair press tools and mould tools to a high standard.
- Carry out precision fitting, bench work and tool assembly activities.
- Diagnose tooling issues and carry out repairs, modifications and preventative maintenance.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Use manual machining equipment, including milling machines, lathes and grinders, where required.
- Support production teams by ensuring tooling remains reliable and fit for purpose.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to maximise tool performance and minimise downtime.
- Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy and housekeeping within the Toolroom.
- Proven experience as a Press Toolmaker, Mould Toolmaker or Toolmaker within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of tool manufacture, maintenance, repair and fault finding.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
- Experience using manual machining equipment such as mills, lathes and surface grinders.
- A proactive approach with strong attention to detail and pride in producing high‑quality work.
- Applicants must have the unrestricted right to work in the UK.
- This position is based in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire. Candidates applying from outside the local area must be willing to relocate to the Stonehouse area if successful in securing the position.
