An established specialist healthcare service is seeking an experienced Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join a supportive, values‑driven team providing care for adults aged 18–25 within an Eating Disorder treatment setting. What You Will Be Doing
As a qualified RMN, you will play a key role in delivering safe, compassionate and evidence‑based care within a busy, structured clinical environment. Responsibilities include:
- Delivering high‑quality nursing care to service users with eating disorders.
- Leading on assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care plans.
- Providing mentorship, guidance and support to colleagues.
- Observing, recording and reporting changes in service user presentation.
- Maintaining accurate, compliant clinical documentation.
- Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Supporting a positive, caring and team‑focused culture.
Shift Pattern
- Day shifts: 7:30am – 8pm
- Night shifts: 7:30pm – 8am
- 50/50 day/night split (flexibility considered)
- Each shift staffed by 2 Nurses and 6 HCAs
Skills & Experience Required
- RMN qualification and valid NMC registration
- Completed Preceptorship
- Strong teamwork and communication skills

About the Service
This specialist clinic provides treatment for adults with Eating Disorders including Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa and atypical presentations. The service focuses on restoring physical health, supporting psychological recovery and delivering structured therapeutic interventions.
The multidisciplinary team includes:

- Occupational Therapist and Social Worker.
