We’re a fast-growing US-based e-commerce brand in the premium outdoor living space, and we’re building our in-house paid media team. We’re looking for a hands-on Paid Media Specialist to support daily campaign execution and optimization across Google and Meta, reporting directly to our Paid Media Manager.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Monitor and optimize paid campaigns daily across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting as needed.
- Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns, identify root causes, and implement fixes before issues escape.
- Launch and update ad creatives across platforms, including time-sensitive campaigns such as sales and seasonal promotions.
- Review campaigns regularly for pacing, impression share, bidding, audience targeting, and spend allocation issues.
