What we're looking for: You're a hands-on Junior FullStack Developer who's excited to build high-converting e-commerce experiences from the ground up. You'll join a fast-growing, North America-focused digital company that partners with well-known brands to deliver exclusive coupons and deals to everyday consumers. The culture is collaborative, experiment-driven, and all about moving fast, testing ideas, and learning as you go. If you enjoy jumping into real projects, improving conversion flows, and working closely with design, marketing, and product teams, this role is for you.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Design and optimize key conversion funnels (homepage to sign-up, checkout, and post-purchase).
- Implement A/B test variations and iterate based on performance and analytics data.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and design to launch new pages and experiments.
- Work with APIs and third-party tools, including subscription solutions like Recharge.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with Shopify development and theme customization.
- Understanding of conversion rate optimization and e-commerce best practices.
- Ability to build mobile-first, responsive experiences.
- Experience working with APIs and integrating external services.
- A proactive, self-starter mindset and willingness to get your hands dirty.
- Experience building Shopify/eCommerce websites from scratch.
