They are currently seeking an ambitious Graduate Surveyor to join their close‑knit team in West London.

The Role You will be involved in the full lifecycle of commercial agency and acquisition work across the retail, industrial, office, and development sectors in a fast paced environment with the opportunity to progress within the firm and family culture.

Key Responsibilities Managing day‑to‑day enquiries and ensuring a seamless experience for potential tenants and purchasers.

Building and maintaining relationships with long‑standing and new clients, providing expert advice and regular updates.

Ensuring all properties are marketed correctly across platforms, reflecting up‑to‑date availability and high‑quality data.

Producing detailed marketing reports for clients to track interest and disposal progress.

Proactively contacting applicants to introduce new opportunities and matching requirements to current stock.

Maintaining the CRM system to ensure all records and lead tracking are accurate and efficient.

Assisting in the sourcing and acquisition of sites for a wide variety of clients, with a particular focus on the booming industrial and open storage sectors.

Meeting new potential clients under guidance and advising and reporting on new potential instructions with aview to winning and generating business.

The Candidate A degree in Real Estate or a related RICS‑accredited field.

Dedicated to passing the APC and becoming a Chartered Surveyor.
