Join to apply for the Business Development Manager – Hospitality SaaS role at Poole & Partners Ltd. We are hiring a Business Development Manager to join one of the UK's most established hospitality SaaS platforms — trusted by restaurant groups, pubs, bars, and quick-serve chains across the country.

They provide a complete operating system for hospitality venues: from EPoS and stock control, to rotas, payroll, customer engagement, and real-time insights. Their system processes millions of pounds of transactions each week — and they are growing fast.

About the role

You will take ownership of the sales pipeline – qualifying inbound leads, prospecting, and closing deals with some of the UK's most recognisable food & beverage brands. You will sell a proven product that is already embedded in over a decade of hospitality operations. You will work closely with the Head of Commercial and Managing Director to shape the sales strategy. It is a remote-first setup, but you can also work from offices in the South or North if you prefer face time.

What you will be doing
  • Managing the full sales cycle – from lead generation and proposals to final negotiations.
  • Running demos and representing the brand at hospitality trade shows and industry events.
  • Building relationships with Ops Directors, Finance leads, and consultants across the hospitality industry.
  • Working closely with the implementation and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and influence product direction based on client feedback.
You will fit this if you:
  • Have 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or hospitality tech.
  • Understand the challenges of running a hospitality business – whether that is staffing, margins, compliance, or guest experience.
  • Know your way around a CRM (they use HubSpot).
  • Like autonomy, and can manage your own pipeline confidently.
  • Are commercially sharp, personable, and not afraid to get stuck in.
What is in it for you
  • Remote-first + flexible working.
  • Uncapped commission.
  • Selling a system that is well-integrated and proven.
  • Backed by a well-established parent group known for growing vertical SaaS businesses.
  • Opportunity to shape and grow the sales function with a clear route to senior roles.
  • Selling into a tangible, people-first industry – pubs, restaurants, venues – not abstract SaaS.

If you have sold tech into restaurants, pubs, or hospitality groups and want a role where you can make a real impact — this is worth a closer look. Apply now or message Matt for more info.
