About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated, experienced, and values‑driven Registered Manager to lead our established senior care service in Leatherhead. Key Responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day operations across our dom‑care and live‑in service, ensuring consistently high standards.
- Provide strong leadership to Care Supervisors, Care Coordinators, and the wider care team, offering guidance, coaching, and professional support.
- Develop, implement, and review personalised care plans, ensuring each client’s needs are met with dignity and compassion.
- Oversee medication administration processes, ensuring full compliance with regulations and best practice.
- Promote a positive, engaging environment that supports client wellbeing and staff morale.
- Conduct staff supervisions, performance reviews, and training, ensuring continuous professional development.
- Ensure full compliance with CQC standards, legislation, and sector best practice.
- Participate in shared on‑call with the Manager, Supervisor, and Care Coordinator.
Experience & Skills Required
- Minimum 2 years’ managerial experience within senior care, domiciliary care, or a similar regulated environment.
- Strong leadership capability with the ability to motivate, inspire, and manage a diverse team.
- Background in nursing or home care is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of assisted living regulations and medication administration best practice.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients, families, and staff.
