Hours: 08:30–17:00, Monday–Friday
Location: St Ives, Cambridgeshire.
If you’re self-motivated, commercially minded, and excited by the idea of growing your own portfolio of key accounts which are predominantly in the arts and entertainment industry, this role offers the autonomy and support to do exactly that.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building long term customer relationships with key accounts and becoming their go to contact
- Driving new business in a variety of industries through proactive outreach, warm and cold calling, and lead generation
- Spotting upsell and cross sell opportunities to maximise customer value
- Working closely with the wider Sales team to hit and exceed monthly targets
- Keeping accurate CRM records and supporting other departments during busy periods
- Developing your product knowledge through ongoing training and hands on learning
