Are you a compassionate and experienced Mental Health Nurse looking for a role where teamwork, kindness and high‑quality care are at the heart of everything? We are working with a specialist inpatient unit for the care and treatment of young people aged 13 up to the age of 18 who are expanding its nursing team and we’re looking for a Female Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to be a part of something special. You’ll be part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team who work together to make a genuine difference to young people aged 13–18 with a range of mental health needs, including mood disorders, psychosis, neurodevelopmental conditions and complex presentations. This is a role where you’ll be valued, invested in, and given opportunities to grow your skills and career.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering high‑quality, compassionate nursing care to young people in our CAMHS service
- Leading on assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care
- Supporting and mentoring colleagues to promote a positive, collaborative team culture
- Observing, recording and reporting changes in service users’ presentation
- Maintaining accurate, timely clinical documentation
- Contributing to a safe, structured and therapeutic environment
- Rolling rota: 3 shifts one week, 4 shifts the next
- Days: 7:30am–8pm
- Nights: 7:30pm–8am
