This is a great opportunity to take on a hands‑on leadership role within a dynamic SME, playing a pivotal role in driving business partnering and enhancing financial performance across the organisation.
As Financial Controller you will become a key part of the Senior Leadership team and manage a small finance team working closely with operational and commercial stakeholders to improve performance and drive business growth. This is a key strategic hire due to ongoing business needs, offering the opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy and supporting growth.
About You
- Fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACMA or ACCA) – essential
- Proven experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance role within an SME or multi‑entity environment.
- Strong technical knowledge including statutory reporting, VAT, and payroll compliance
- Experience managing cashflow and working capital across multiple entities
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence at board level
