The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
Our client is one of the South of England's fastest growing and exciting financial services organisations. They are now seeking an ambitious transaction-focused Corporate Finance Executive to join their Reading-based office. You will take responsibility for several OMBs and larger organisations looking to acquire/sell companies at the forefront of their strategy.
In this varied position, you will assist with preparing all key financial data and analysis for potential investors and acquirers. Large elements of purchaser research on the seller side is another part of this role, alongside the collation and presentation of all financial information at the due diligence stage. You will support on commercial investigation and provide additional support where required.
Ensuring Your Success
You must be degree-educated, ACA or ACCA qualified with a minimum of 18 months of corporate finance experience. You will have a solid knowledge of how corporate deals are structured, the process, and have the ability to work with senior stakeholders. You will have excellent commercial acumen with an appetite to learn and develop further.
