As a contracts manager, you will handle projects from pre-start through to completion.
Role- Manage multiple roofing and building envelope projects simultaneously.
- Effectively maintain client relationships, reporting, and communication.
- Manage both the site teams and subcontractors.
- Work efficiently to ensure projects are complete on time, within budget and to a high standard.
- Stay on top of health and safety regulations to ensure the project is complete within compliance.
- Proven experience in commercial roofing or building envelope projects.
- Ability to manage multiple live sites.
- Experience using traditional slate, tile, and leadwork.
