Role Responsibilities

  • Setting and operating CNC milling machines with Fanuc controls
  • Producing precision aerospace components to tight tolerances
  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
  • Carrying out quality checks using measuring equipment
  • Ensuring machines run efficiently and safely
  • Working to aerospace quality standards and procedures
  • Supporting continuous improvement within the machining department

The Person

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a CNC Setter/Operator - Milling
  • Previous aerospace manufacturing experience is essential
  • Strong experience using Fanuc controls
  • Able to read and interpret technical engineering drawings
  • Experience working to tight tolerances and high-quality standards
  • Reliable, motivated and able to work independently
