Role Responsibilities
- Create and edit CNC programmes
- Work from engineering drawings to produce precision components
- Support machine set-up and prove-out of new jobs
- Select tooling and optimise programmes to improve efficiency
- Troubleshoot machining and programming issues
- Work closely with production teams to meet deadlines
- Maintain programme documentation and version control
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
The Person
- Experience working as a CNC Programmer
- Knowledge of CNC controls (Fanuc, Mazak or similar)
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Experience with offline programming beneficial but not essential
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
