The Role:

As a Business Analyst, you’ll be a key figure in shaping how the business evolves and improves its systems, processes, and client journeys. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across operations, compliance, sales, marketing, and product/tech teams to uncover pain points, gather requirements, and drive meaningful change.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on delivery within a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Engage with stakeholders across the business to understand needs, pain points, and improvement opportunities.

· Translate business challenges into clear, actionable requirements for product and technology teams.

· Analyse data and workflows to identify inefficiencies, risks, or opportunities to enhance client experience.

· Produce high-quality documentation such as process maps, user stories, functional specs, and business cases.

· Collaborate with product managers, developers and testers to support delivery of new features or system enhancements.

· Play an active role in project delivery – supporting with testing, tracking milestones, and ensuring solutions meet business goals.

What We’re Looking For:

· Proven experience in a Business Analyst role within financial services, fintech, or a highly regulated environment.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with a structured approach to gathering and interpreting information.

· Confident producing business and functional documentation to a high standard.

· Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and multiple workstreams.

· Exposure to foreign exchange, payments, or international finance workflows.

· Experience in process optimisation or system transformation projects.

· Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g. onboarding, AML, KYC).
