The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

Shift: Monday to Friday 0800-1630 / 0930-1800 rotating weekly. One Saturday in four, 06:00–10:00, will also be required.

Silver Arrow are currently recruiting for a Senior Parts Sales Advisor to work for our client based in Bristol on a permanent basis.

Your Role:

  • Identify truck, van or coach parts as queries come in, also make sure they hold all of the stock that they need to maintain the smooth running of the parts department within the branch.
  • Promoting and upsell further parts sales in the branch.
  • Customer Support: Act as a primary point of contact for customers and internal teams regarding parts inquiries. Be proactive in maintaining customer service standards whilst promoting services and products to maximise all sales opportunities.
  • Order Management: Process orders efficiently, manage stock levels and ensure timely delivery of parts.

What we need from you:

  • Must have experience of working in a busy parts environment and had experience of giving advice, help and support to customers.
  • You will have work experience within a workshop/dealership.
  • Have a good analytical brain.
  • Have a keen attention to detail.
  • It would be a real advantage if you have had experience of working in the truck industry, however, even coming from the automotive world would help. The rest they can teach.
  • You will need to have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and great communication skills.
  • You will be methodical, have the ability to problem solve whilst being a strong administrator, as you will need to ensure all the corresponding paperwork is up to date.
  • Full Clean Driving Licence.
