About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious, driven, and personable

Residential Sales Negotiator to join a busy and successful estate agency team in Berkshire.

In this role, you will be the main point of contact for buyers and vendors, guiding them smoothly through the property buying and selling process from initial inquiry to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Register prospective buyers, understand their property requirements, and match them with suitable properties on our portfolio.
  • Conduct high-quality property viewings, showcasing the best features of homes and answering buyer questions professionally.
  • Act as a skilled intermediary between vendors and buyers to negotiate offers and secure agreed sales at the best possible price.
  • Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, and mortgage brokers to progress sales smoothly through to exchange and completion.
  • Identify new business opportunities, secure valuation leads, and cross-sell additional services such as financial services and conveyancing.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in estate, agency, written communication skills with a confident, friendly telephone manner.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (a car allowance or mileage scheme is typically provided).
  • Good geographical knowledge of Berkshire is a strong advantage.
  • Competitive basic salary with uncapped commission structures .
