The Role
As the heartbeat of client relationships, you’ll lead a portfolio of high‑profile accounts, ensuring their purpose is powerfully expressed and effectively activated. - Set and maintain exceptional creative standards – from ideation to video, graphic design, copy and reporting.
- Drive community engagement strategies that build loyalty, spark conversation and safeguard brand reputation.
- Evaluate, optimise and report campaign performance, translating data into tangible results and ROI for clients.
Agency Integration
- Partner closely with PR teams to align social strategies with overarching communications plans, translating key messaging into platform‑specific content.
- Collaborate with the Data & Insight team to utilise social listening tools and trend monitoring to inform and evolve strategies.
- Work with the design team to bring social ideas to life – ensuring every asset is visually compelling and strategically crafted.
- Provide paid media guidance when required, collaborating with in‑house specialists on strategy, targeting, optimisation and analytics.
Identifying Trends and Opportunities

- Advise clients on platform developments, regulatory considerations and digital best practices.
- Mentor and lead junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation, curiosity and excellence.
- Navigate client business, internal and external politics, budget constraints and social needs to solve client problems.

- Embrace Love & Work cornerstones and belonging values – collaborate, connect authentically, share perspectives and support one another.
Experience, Skills and Qualifications
