Freuds Health and Behaviour Change team is committed to driving positive, meaningful social impact through Behaviour Change. Our heartland is in earned media because we know that when campaigns earn their way into people’s lives, they travel further and create more meaningful impact. But we also know how to supercharge a campaign through targeted paid media – and we are experts at marrying the two. Based on data, insights and decades of experience, we know the secret to changing perceptions lies in delivering major cultural ‘moments’ to reshape the cultural landscape and shift the dial.
We work with some of the most exciting, rewarding, and impactful behaviour change campaigns across the public, private and charity sectors. Whether we’re encouraging more women to take up cervical screening, supporting survivors of domestic abuse, activating global networks to drive vaccine uptake, or empowering men to look after their mental health – the team works with government departments, international organisations, charities and global businesses to drive positive change.
You will have experience in developing and implementing creative comms strategies that resonate with the media and reach both UK and Global audiences. You will also have best-in-class client and account handling skills to deliver exceptional results across a range of results, demonstrating commerciality to identify growth opportunities.
- Exceptional account direction skills, ensuring all workstreams are delivered on time and account teams are clear on roles and responsibilities.
- Work closely with your account team to ensure they are delivering high-quality work for the client and are developing their own knowledge base and skills.
- Helping develop action plans, assigning tasks to the team and otherwise implementing the client program.
- Act as a source of comprehensive knowledge and understanding about your client organisations and their associated market sectors and industries for the delivery of strategic communications counsel – in particular government and healthcare communications and policy.
- Proactively identify resourcing challenges and work with the senior management team to overcome these in a timely fashion to ensure client delivery is not impacted.
- Identify growth opportunities for clients via organic growth or helping to cross sell additional Freuds services e.g. media training, content development, social media workshops.
- Regularly support new business activities, including contributing to proposals and pitches, and attending networking and industry events.
In addition, you will take an active role in our belonging values – collaborating to achieve common goals, connection with one another in an authentic way, sharing our perspectives and embracing others, and actively supporting each other and our experiences. Our employees come to us to work with some of the world’s best-known brands and influential people, helping our clients identify and tell meaningful stories that drive real change, and genuine connection. Love & Work is our foundation because we do what we love, and we love what we do.
As an equal opportunity employer, we encourage all applicants to apply, regardless of race, religion, origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, or disability. We’re proud to support and utilise a diverse range of thoughts and perspectives in the teams we build as well as the work we create. Our belonging behaviours are built on the foundation of Collaboration, Connection, Empathy & Understanding and Allyship, these pillars are entwined into our daily life and are one of the markers for how we measure both company and individual success.
