The Team At Freuds, our in‑house influencer and talent team works with everyone: from A‑list icons to micro and corporate influencers, bringing bold ideas to life across Consumer, Film & TV, Culture, Corporate and Health & Behavioural Change. We don’t just book talent; we craft strategies that spark influence. From blockbuster paid activations to organic gifting, influencer events, and ambassador programmes, we deliver campaigns that cut through the noise and connect brands with audiences in authentic, unforgettable ways. Our work spans sectors, audiences, and platforms, often as part of integrated comms strategies that set the standard for creativity and impact. We collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure talent is used smartly, strategically, and with flair; because influence isn’t just about reach, it’s about resonance.

The Role We’re looking for an organised and confident influencer and talent interim Senior Associate AD for 6 months. We’re looking for someone who is used to supporting juniors and is currently working in an earned environment who will own the day‑to‑day delivery of influencer campaigns – working across a breadth of brands, sectors and briefs. You’ll take the lead in making campaigns happen from start to finish, always ensuring they’re executed to the highest standard, working with the surrounding teams (creative, social, account handlers) to ensure fully integrated comms. A solid knowledge of the influencer and talent landscape – including different tiers of talent, industry trends, and how to match the right person to a brief.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to briefs with clear and creative talent ideas, collaborating with senior leads to shape the overall strategy.
  • Recommend talent and influencers based on strong briefing criteria, and managing outreach, negotiations, and timelines with agents or publicists.
  • Draft detailed influencer/talent briefs and asks that capture the campaign’s needs – from social content through to appearances or PR.
  • Support contract creation and negotiation with a clear understanding of campaign deliverables, with input from legal as needed.
  • Manage content approvals, influencer communication, and overall campaign progress with a focus on smooth, effective delivery.
  • Create wrap‑up reports and performance overviews that speak to metrics and outcomes.
  • Manage client comms and day‑to‑day relationships, acting as a trusted expert who can troubleshoot issues calmly and constructively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across departments, offering practical and proactive guidance on how best to work with influencers or talent.
  • Work across both paid and organic campaigns – from events and social media to PR and ATL‑led influencer integrations.
  • Maintain strong industry relationships with agents, managers and talent where appropriate.
  • Embrace our cornerstones of Love & Work, which require a passion for what we do and an ability to persevere.
  • In addition, you will take an active role in our belonging values – collaborating to achieve common goals, connecting with one another in an authentic way, sharing our perspectives and embracing others, and actively supporting each other and our experiences.

Skills and Experience

  • A solid understanding of the influencer and talent landscape – from trends and platforms to rates, regulations and best practice.
  • Experience working across a range of campaigns – including social‑first content, PR moments, ATL talent integration and event appearances.
  • A contact book of influencer and agent relationships that you’re confident using.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously with a cool, calm, and collected approach to competing deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills – comfortable leading calls, presenting decks, and managing campaign timelines.
  • A solutions‑first mindset – able to spot and resolve issues before they escape, working closely with senior leads where needed.
  • A real team player – someone who supports others and collaborates well, while confidently owning your area of responsibility.
  • Familiarity with paid media usage, influencer metrics and ASA compliance.
