Responsibilities
- Ensure successful development and implementation of Country Marketing plans and KPIs (Shares, Brand Awareness, HH penetration, Innovation impact, etc.)
- Be responsible for Media (TV + Digital) strategy, efficient planning, agency management and KPI tracking
- Manage Go-To-Market and product portfolio throughout entire life cycle, based on consumer, shopper and retailer requirements
- Set appropriate strategic directions and operational plans for Product-, Digital- and Trade-Marketing
- Be the Brand(s) ambassador, responsible for brand positioning and communication, in alignment with the Global Brand Team
Additional Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the local Marketing team members and act as a people coach, based on FHCS leadership standards and guidelines and local requirements
- Monitor competitive environment, market needs and trends and give input to Regional / Global teams
- Lead the A&P budget, and maximize ROI of the assigned brand/product category portfolio
- Orchestrate the digital customer journey from planning to rollout in all relevant channels of the digital funnel until conversion, to deliver against KPIs

- Dotted line reporting: Regional Marketing Lead
- Interactions (internal & external): Senior Commercial Management, International & Corporate Functions, Local Leadership Team, Consumers, Agencies, Retail Customers, Distributors
Qualifications
Professional Experience and Education
- Degree in Business Administration or Marketing (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 10 years professional experience in the field
- FMCG Marketing experience
- Experience in supervising external vendors and agencies
- Experience and proven track record in Digital Marketing, Media Management and SEO; Sales experience is an added benefit
- Fluent English
Specific Knowledge
- Up to date market and customer knowledge
- Use and understanding of IRI / Nielsen data and any relevant market analysis tools
- Deep understanding of KPIs and P&L
- Brand Management, Category Management, and Project Management
- SAP strong competence in Microsoft Office suite

- Strong business communication (written and oral) & presentation skills
- Organisational skills and ability to master complexity
- Good leadership skills, able to think and act holistically and critically
