Responsibilities

• Supports investigations to ensure compliance with government
• Supports investigations on accidents and root cause analyses (circumstances, contributing factors)
• Supports safety audits of buildings, facilities, tools and equipment
• Supports the development of guidelines, recommendations and follow-up to prevent accident recurrence

Qualifications

• Has skills developed through formal training or work experience
