## Field Services CoordinatorApply: Port Talbot: Full time: Posted Today: R\\_00107693**Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!**# Responsibilities:• Clarifies offer, delivery and cost-relevant detailed clarification with the sales managers as well as all departments involved (requesting the order entry package) • Controls order and production progress and coordinates between all departments • Evaluates the urgency of contracts in consultation with the project manager, the industry departments, design, order lines and manufacturing • Prepares the spare parts business: Information to the operating subsidiary and, if necessary, Key Account Manager • Maintains the order data folder (ADAM) in consultation with the design • Coordinates technical changes as well as change of scope of delivery • Ensures timely delivery to the customer including shipping coordination • Organizes and participates in customer acceptances (3rd Party Inspection etc.) • Ensures compliance with legal export control regulations • Proposes further development and improvement of the order processing process • Acts as a liaison between customers and the organisation. • Gives guidance to & mentors more junior team members# Qualifications:Has skills developed through formal training or work experience The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
