Responsibilities:
- Conducts leadership tasks, e.g. hiring, performance management, people development including day-to-day coaching, staffing
- Implements (international) governmental safety regulations together with lower operational management
- Translates strategic HSE performance and sustainability targets into operational tasks for sites managed
- Evaluates accident investigation and develops improvement measures to minimize occurrences
- Ensures compliance to guidelines and recommendations for accident prevention
- Ensures safety audit requirements are met
- Conducts the HSE training programs for the managed site
- Develops action plan and measure together with Local Management Team to ensure HSE compliance on-site
Qualifications:
- Typically academic degree and relevant work experience
- Continuous education on up-to-date technical / professional expertise
