payments This position offers a base annual compensation between 42.000- 48.000 Pounds gross and is eligible for an annual bonus. Compensation for this position will be determined by the candidate's qualifications, experience and overall alignment with the role's responsibilities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 3–4+ years of experience in a broad Marketing role, ideally within the FMCG or Consumer industry
- Proven experience in digital marketing, media management, SEO, and performance-driven campaigns.
- Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, customer insights, and data analytics tools (e.g., Nielsen, IRI).
- Experience managing external agencies, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Solid business acumen with a good understanding of KPIs, P&L management, pricing, and commercial performance.
- Experience in Brand Management, Category Management, and Project Management.
- Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with the ability to think strategically, critically, and holistically.
