- Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline, with experience in manufacturing or regulated industries preferred.
- Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies, including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis, Pareto Analysis, and statistical techniques.
- Experienced auditor of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems; Lead Auditor qualification advantageous.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, with Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification desirable.
- Proven experience in supplier development, auditing, performance improvement, and special processes such as heat treatment, coating, welding and NDE.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with SAP experience advantageous, and the ability to analyse data, develop procedures and implement structured improvements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships across suppliers, customers and internal teams.
- Self-motivated, organised and results-driven, with the ability to manage competing priorities, challenge existing practices, drive continuous improvement, and coach others in quality tools and best practices.
