Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!Responsibilities:- Lead Sales and Business Development for automotive Tierâ1 and OEM accounts.
- Achieve regional sales KPIs and drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Manage customer P&L elements including gross margin, AR, and overall profitability.
- Coordinate Business Development efforts with the Greater Detroit Application Engineering team.
- Build, strengthen, and expand customer networks in partnership with dedicated customer teams.
- Drive organic growth and pursue new business opportunities beyond the existing customer base.
- Anticipate customer needs by identifying trends and market signals.
- Support and guide crossâfunctional teams through RFQ phases, ensuring adherence to Sales processes.
- Develop pricing strategies and submit quotes in alignment with Sales procedures and guidelines.
- Manage pricing agreements, contracts, terms & conditions, NDAs, and support global customer strategy and businessâplan goals.
- University level or equivalent (BA, BS, MBA)
- Minimum 5 yearsâ experience in Sales or related function in Automotive industry with negotiation experience
- Strong Technical Sales, product, and value-selling experience in automotive
- Experience in development/cooperation with OEM
- Knowledge of Automotive processes: Ppap, APQP, IATF (VDA a plus)
- Proficient user of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint (MS Teams a plus)
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM a plus (but not a requirement)
- Experienced user of SAP SD Module a plus (but not a requirement)
- Professional business English skills (additional language skills a plus)
