Responsibilities:
- Defines the standard process and ensures application in the segments (specification and participation) and structures process descriptions
- Analyzes reports and defective products to determine trends and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborates with suppliers to assure the quality of their products, materials, components and/or operations
- Executes reviews to achieve continuous improvement of quality assurance processes
- Monitors supplier performance and supports efforts to develop and implement changes to improve the production process
- Processes internal and external complaints
- Processes incoming goods inspections (influence on technical delivery conditions)
- Translates and trains specific industry standards and customer requirements
- Monitors/audits compliance of the QA system

- Has skills developed through formal training or work experience
