Project Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities with engineering, production, procurement and external stakeholders to support project schedules.
- Monitor material orders and delivery dates to help ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Support test preparation activities by ensuring parts, equipment and documentation are available when required.
- Identify project risks, issues or delays and escalates to Project Engineers.
- Prepare and distribute project reports, meeting minutes and project documentation to stakeholders.
- Attend project meetings, record actions and monitor progress against agreed timescales.
- Support deployment planning for personnel and equipment involved in aftermarket activities.
Qualifications
- Higher National Certificate (HNC) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Project Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Business or a related discipline.
- PRINCE2 Foundation or APM Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ).
