  • Professional standards and ways of working: Act as a role model aligned to company values, continuously develop professional expertise, and ensure effective use of sales tools and CRM systems.

Qualifications:

  • Essential: University degree in a technical, engineering, or business discipline with 15+ years’ experience in sales and sales management, including selling intangible solutions or service-based offerings.
  • Essential: Proven ability to coach and develop direct reports to higher performance, accurately forecast sales turnover, and effectively manage pipeline and closing activities using CRM systems.
  • Essential: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, self-driven and highly motivated, results-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency and confidence in making timely decisions.
  • Desirable: Previous experience in managing a sales team.
  • Desirable: Previous sales experience in automotive industry.
  • Desirable: Previous track record in selling service package.
  • Desirable: Industry knowledge in filtration.
