Senior Associate to Director, Talent & Influencer
We’re growing our Talent & Influencer team and are keen to hear from brilliant people operating at Senior Associate through to Director level. Whether your strength lies in talent, influencers and creators, or across the full mix, we’re interested in hearing from people who combine specialist expertise with excellent client counsel and integrated campaign delivery.
The roles
You’ll help shape and deliver talent and influencer work across a varied portfolio of integrated client accounts and specialist projects. Depending on your level and experience, you will play a key role in developing talent, influencer and creator strategies, identifying and recommending the right talent and creators, and building strong relationships with agents, management companies, publicists and creator representatives.
You’ve be involved / or lead on commercial negotiations, contracting and the management of deliverables, while advising clients on areas such as pricing, usage rights, exclusivity, approvals, whitelisting and paid amplification.
The role require someone who can confidently oversee campaigns from initial strategy and briefing through to activation, measurement and reporting, while providing trusted counsel to clients and collaborating closely with PR, social, paid, creative, strategy and data teams. You’ll also be responsible for managing budgets, scopes, timelines and risk, supporting the development of junior colleagues and, at more senior levels, helping to shape best practice, strengthen the agency's Talent & Influencer offering and contribute to business growth.
