Location: London & the Home Counties/Borehamwood (office) Hybrid role with required travel in and around London.
Hours: Flexible Hours (usually 09:00 18:00)
Salary:Self Employed Hybrid Role - Commission Only - Estimated earnings between £45,000 - £75,000.

As a Senior Property Lister & Valuer will be responsible for:
- Generating sales and lettings valuation
- Conducting/preparing market appraisals
- Winning instructions
- Building a strong relationship with current/potential vendors and landlords
- Preparing and maintaining properties for marketing
- Providing marketing support for clients listing with Frestons
- Canvassing new business
- Providing top customer service
About you:
- Minimum of 2 years in the property industry
- Experience in winning instructions
- Experience in conducting market appraisals
- Experience in canvassing for new business
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Strong customer service experiences and phone etiquette
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated, resilient and organised
This role would be suitable for candidates who have previous experience as an Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator, Lettings Negotiator, Real Estate Consultant, Property Management, Property Lister, Property Valuer, Lettings Lister, Lettings Valuer, Sales Lister, Sales Valuer.
