As Sales & Lettings Estate Agent you will be responsible for:
- Conducting Sales and Lettings viewings
- Sales and Lettings negotiation
- Providing Sales and Lettings property valuations online and in-person
- Buyer and Tenant lead generation
- Vendor and Landlord lead generation (online and in-person)
- Booking and attending general appointments
- Property management
- Attending in-person office meetings
- Uploading properties on Rightmove and Zoopla
- Booking miscellaneous appointments for example photography captures with our media team and floorplanner
- Dealing with general property enquiries
- Providing top customer service
About you:
Essential Requirements:
- Valid UK Driving licence
- Access to own car required
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Strong customer service experiences and phone etiquette
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated, resilient and organised
