As the Director of Sales for the UK & Ireland, you will assume strategic oversight of our Enterprise New Business division. This is a critical leadership appointment responsible for engineering a scalable, high-performing revenue operation across our most mature market segment.
Operating from our flagship London office, this position offers significant executive visibility, maintaining close alignment with our global corporate leadership layer. You will be responsible for commanding, mentoring, and scaling an elite team of Enterprise Account Executives, transforming market opportunities into predictable, high-value annual recurring revenue (ARR).
Key Responsibilities & Strategic Impact- Commercial Strategy & Execution: Author and execute a comprehensive net-new go-to-market blueprint to systematically penetrate and secure Tier-1 Enterprise accounts across the UKI region.
- Human Capital Velocity: Lead, coach, and structurally develop a team of Account Executives. You will own talent retention and performance management, utilizing data-driven feedback to maximize quota attainment.
- Pipeline Governance: Maintain absolute command over the corporate pipeline. Leverage CRM metrics and business intelligence tools to analyze market trends, ensure forecasting precision, and implement proactive strategic pivots.
- Executive Presence & Reporting: Serve as a primary stakeholder and strategic voice for the team. Deliver sophisticated performance analysis, macro-economic market insights, and multi-year revenue projections directly to the global executive leadership team.
- Talent Acquisition & Branding: Partner strategically with Human Resources and Talent Acquisition to establish a premium candidate experience, consistently attracting top-tier enterprise sales talent to the organization.
- Leadership Credentials: A minimum of 8 years of documented success leading and scaling high-performing, quota-carrying B2B SaaS enterprise sales operations.
- Market Subject-Matter Expertise: A comprehensive, sophisticated understanding of the UKI enterprise software landscape, supported by an active, established executive network.
