We are looking for a high-energy, ambitious Field Marketing Specialist to drive our marketing strategy and event execution across the UKI & Nordics region. This isn't a "follow-the-playbook" role. We need a genuine driver and executor—someone who sets the drumbeat for our programs, rolls up their sleeves, and gets things done. Sitting at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Data, you will own regional campaigns end-to-end, partner closely with Field Sales to accelerate pipeline, and experiment with cutting-edge AI tools to scale your impact. If you are a curious, data-confident marketer with 2–3+ years of experience who is hungry to learn, innovate, and grow into a powerhouse modern marketer, this is your platform.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

  • Drive Regional Strategy: Build and execute integrated, data-driven field marketing strategies across UKI & Nordics, aligning closely with regional Sales leaders, EMEA Marketing, and Corporate teams to hit business priorities.
  • Lead End-to-End Execution: Own physical, virtual, and third-party event execution from concept to post-event follow-up—ensuring seamless delivery, high engagement, maximum pipeline growth, and high ROI. (Requires occasional travel).
  • Build a Strong Sales Partnership: Act as a true partner to Field Sales and BDR teams. Understand how Sales operates, guide them on adopting marketing programs, and actively help them win.
  • Master the Data & SFDC: Dive into Salesforce to track campaigns, analyze pipeline data, spot trends, and measure ROI. Translate raw numbers into actionable insights for both Sales and Marketing.
  • Pioneer ABM & AI Initiatives: Test and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to align marketing campaigns with high-priority sales accounts. Act as an "AI-native" team member—experimenting with new AI models and tools to boost productivity and scale campaign reach.
  • Bring Fresh Ideas: Challenge standard playbooks! Bring creative, out-of-the-box ideas to the table and feel empowered to ask, "How can we do this better?"
  • Budget & Vendor Management: Effectively allocate regional budgets, evaluate third-party event opportunities, and optimize every dollar spent.

What We’re Looking For (Requirements)

  • Experience: 2–3+ years in field marketing, event management, or demand generation (ideally within B2B SaaS/Tech). You have enough experience to hit the ground running, but are eager to learn and grow.
  • A True "Doer": A self-starter with a strong bias for action, high accountability, and the ability to manage multiple fast-moving priorities without losing attention to detail.
  • Data Confidence & SFDC Fluency: Hands-on experience with Salesforce (or similar CRMs). You don't just generate reports; you understand what the data means and know how to use it to optimize campaigns.
  • Sales-Centric Mindset: A genuine passion for understanding the sales process and helping sales teams succeed.
  • ABM Curiosity: Familiarity with or a strong interest in learning ABM principles and connecting marketing activity directly to target accounts.
  • AI Native & Tech-Savvy: Naturally curious about new technology and comfortable experimenting with AI tools to streamline workflows and drive efficiency.
  • Creative & Growth-Oriented: A continuous-learning mindset with a strong desire to develop into a well-rounded modern marketer.
  • Languages: Fluent in English (Nordic language skills are a strong plus!).
